Flight Studio Design in Collaboration with Kayu Architectural Works of Miami, releases the A7 Corsair Fighter Jet “Canopy Window” Chair. This unique fine Functional Design Piece was created by Giancarlo D’Astis, a world acclaimed aviation artisan fine des functional art designer. The piece was baptized L’Uovo by Giancarlo and addressed by collectors and viewers as the “Canopy Window Chair”. German Dominguez, Kayu’s fine carpenter and artist, finished and stabilized the piece while preserving the original intent of the D’Astis. IFS will offer the piece for sale at the upcoming Art Basel season in Miami, Florida and consideration will be given to Kayu Architectural Woodwork’s clients, interior designers and architects.
